Welcome and congratulations on your new contractor position. We have an easy and proven process that makes your onboarding simple and smooth so you are ready for your start date. You will receive 2 emails from our HR Partner BOSS who will handle your onboarding, any HR services as well as your Payroll. The email will come from Email us at Support@backofficenow.com.  

The first email will be labeled 

Avionte– You will fill out your Direct Deposit and W4 here.

The second email will be labeled 

Zeal– You will complete your I9 on this link. 

Your recruiter will notify you when these have been sent from BOSS. If you do not see them in your inbox after being notified by your recruiter, please check your junk box. If you still do not see them please let us know and we will have them re-sent. 

When setting up your Contractor Portal, PLEASE make sure you save your login and passwords. 

Once Avionte and Zeal have been fully completed you will receive an email to set up your time clock app along with instructions on how to do so. You will need to enter your work hours daily for each week in the app. Our work week is Sunday to Saturday. Time must be submitted no later than Sunday at 11:59 PM. BOSS will confirm those hours and get approval from your direct supervisor each week. You are paid weekly on every Friday. Pay runs 1 week behind.  

Once you have completed all onboarding steps as well as your BG check and Drug Screen if required, you will be given a clear to start and your recruiter will email you a Day 1 Welcome Letter with first day instructions on dress attire, what to bring, location and time to report.
